These 3 Ingredient Strawberry Brownies make a pretty and delicious dessert. There’s some serious fruity flavor packed in these brownies.
3 Ingredient Strawberry Brownies
What you need to make 3 Ingredient Strawberry Brownies:
- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until well blended. It will form a thick dough.
Spray the bottom and sides of a 9×13 baking dish with a cooking spray (or coat with extra oil). Pat the dough into the pan evenly.
Bake the brownies at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean.
Cool the brownies completely before frosting. A strawberry frosting or a simple glaze tastes great on these brownies.
To make the glaze you need:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whisk all of the glaze ingredients together and drizzle over the top of the brownies as desired.
These are dense and chewy like a brownie, so easy to make and so good to eat! Think of all the occasions these would be great for, Valentine’s Day, Easter, a tea party, a girl’s baby shower. You’re going to want to make them all the time.
