Is your family always eating breakfast on-the-go? These Yogurt Banana Popsicles will make your mornings so much easier!
I love that this recipe brings together your kids favorite breakfast ingredients to create one, easy, on-the-go meal or snack.
And this recipe can be changed up to create a personalized breakfast for your kids. Here’s what I used for this breakfast recipe.
Yogurt Banana Popsicle
Ingredients:
- Bananas, cut in half
- Strawberry Yogurt
- Granola with fruit and nuts
- Popsicle sticks
***If you serve these as an afternoon snack, you can put in the freezer for 2 hours. This makes a nice cool snack on a hot day.
Cut the bananas in half. I used 3 bananas to make 6 popsicles.
Stick a popsicle stick into the flat end of the banana.
Dip the tip of the banana into the strawberry yogurt.
And dip into a bowl of granola. I used granola with nuts and dried cranberry. It adds another layer to this already healthy breakfast or snack.
Take with you to school or summer camp.
You can also dip the bananas in vanilla yogurt and add chocolate chips or almond butter and chocolate. There are so many possible options for a banana popsicle!
