5 Easy 3-Ingredient Dinner Recipes

And now on to today’s show! Here are today’s recipes!

3-Ingredient Baked Ravioli

Shopping List:

  • 1 bag Frozen Ravioli (25 oz)
  • Marinara Sauce, 1 jar
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • Parmesan Cheese to taste

Instructions:

  • Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
  • Spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray
  • Take 3/4 cup of sauce and layer it on the bottom of the baking dish
  • Layer the frozen ravioli on top of the sauce
  • Add another layer of sauce then half of the mozzarella cheese
  • Repeat the process one more time
  • Add some Parmesan cheese on top
  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes
  • Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes or until it starts to bubble in the middle
  • Serve hot

Campfire Sausage & Potatoes

Shopping List:

  • 1 package Turkey Sausage, sliced
  • Tater tots
  • Fresh Green Beans
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, divided
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning, divided
  • 2 tablespoons Greek Seasoning, divided
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Aluminum Foil

Instructions:

  •  Cut 4 slices of Aluminum Foil
  • Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
  • Add sausage, tater tots and green beans to center of foil
  • Close up sides
  • Add 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter to top of each package
  • Season with either 1 tablespoon of Cajun or Greek Seasoning
  • Add a pinch of salt and pepper
  • Close the foil completely and bake for 15-20 minutes
  • Serve

Ham & Cheese Roll Ups

Shopping List:

  • 1 8 oz. can of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 4 slices Black Forest Ham, cut in half
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese, cut in half

Instructions:

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Using a baking sheet, unroll the Pillsbury Crescent rolls into 8 different triangles
  • Add half slice of Cheddar Cheese to each dough triangle
  • Add half slice of Ham to each dough triangle, on top of cheese
  • Roll up each triangle
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown

Tomato Tortellini Soup

Shopping List:

  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 1 (28 oz) can diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes
  • 1 10 oz bag of fresh Tortellini

Instructions:

  • Add the chicken stock and fire roasted tomatoes to a pot and bring to a boil
  • When at a rolling boil, turn off heat and puree with an immersion blender
  • Once completely pureed, add the fresh tortellini and cook for another 3-4 minutes
  • Serve hot

3-Ingredient Baked Spaghetti

Shopping List:

  • 1 ½ cups Marinara or Pasta Sauce
  • 2 cups cheese (Shredded Mozzarella & Shredded Mexican)
  • 1 package Thin Spaghetti

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Follow instructions and cook spaghetti
  • Mix spaghetti with sauce and 1 cup of cheese
  • Place in 9×13 baking dish and add remaining cheese to top
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden
  • Serve
