How to make DIY Chocolate Lip Balm
What you Need to get started
- 2 Tbsp grated beeswax or beeswax pearls
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- Lip Balm Tubes or small containers
Use a medium bowl that is microwave proof. Place the beeswax and coconut oil in the bowl together and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Carefully remove the bowl from the microwave and stir, continue to do this until everything is melted and liquid. Add the cocoa powder and mix together well. Transfer to the lip tubes or container that you would like to use and let it set up for about an hour. Use like any other lip balm!
This DIY Chocolate Lip Balm is my new favorite lip balm, the coconut oil in the recipe makes it extremely good for moisturizing your lips and the chocolate is just fun and yummy! You can make the Honey Lemon Lip Balm too for another fun version!
