Springtime means just one thing in our house — time to break out the glitter and glue! This Cupcake Liner Flower Craft is a fun way to repurpose all the leftover cupcake liners you have in your cabinets.
How many sets of chevron printed cupcake liners does one woman need?
Don’t answer that. They come in handy for kid-friendly spring crafts like this!
Cupcake Liner Flower Craft
This fun craft for kids can be made by gluing cupcake liners onto construction paper or a painted canvas. I like to keep a supply of small canvases on hand for these kinds of activities.
What you need for this Cupcake Liner Flower Craft:
- Cupcake Liners (in multiple colors)
- Canvas or construction paper
- Buttons
- Confetti
- Rick Rack
- Glue
You’ll use two cupcake liners of different colors for each flower. Stretch and crease one of the liners so that it is bigger than the other, and glue them together.
Add glue to the inside of the smallest cupcake liner and sprinkle in sequins. Glue a button to the very center.
Cut the rick rack for stems for the flowers and glue it onto the canvas.
Finally, glue on the cupcake liner flowers.
