We are having a blast with FUN WITH LETTERS series and can’t believe we are at the letter J.
J is a fun letter, because we get to make a Jaguar. An adorable one!
My kids loved drawing spots all over Jaguar’s body.
Supplies needed for letter J craft
- Orange construction paper
- 2 googly eyes
- 1 small pom pom
- 1 orange pipe cleaner
- black sharpie or crayon
- scissors
- glue
Instructions
Trace and cut out letter J out of orange construction paper.
From the left over orange paper cut out jaguar’s ears (2 triangles), head, 4 legs/feet.
Draw circles/spots all over the letter J/jaguars body. Don’t forget to draw claws on the feet!
Draw jaguar’s mouth and whiskers, glue on the eyes and the pom pom for the nose.
Assemble and glue all the parts on the paper.
Jaguar must have his tale! Glue an orange pipe cleaner at the bottom of letter J.
Jaguar craft is done!
Watch a short video of how our J for Jaguar craft was done. It turned out super cute!
