I always love the idea of making something simple for breakfast that’s filled with tons of nutrients, protein, and chocolate! Yes, these No-Bake Chocolate Energy Balls are filled with all of the above!
These No-Bake Chocolate Energy Balls are not only for breakfast but make a wonderful afternoon snack.
No-Bake Chocolate Energy Balls
Shopping List:
- 1 cup Dry Oatmeal
- 2/3 cup Unsweetened Coconut
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
Instructions:
- Mix everything together in a mixing bowl and put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to bind together
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and set aside (expect the mixture to be a little sticky)
- Serve with fruit or yogurt
