Nothing is better than a healthy snack for kids. Except when you find a fast and easy snack for kids that happens to be healthy too. I also love these banana cookies because they’re so versatile. Just start with whole oats and ripe bananas, then add anything (or nothing) at all.

To Make 2-Ingredient Banana Cookies You’ll Need:

• 2 ripe bananas


• 1 cup of whole oats


• 1/4 cup of any add-ins you like: pecans (pictured here), almonds, peanut butter, chocolate chips…

How to Make 2-Ingredient Banana Cookies:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper, butter or a silicone liner. Simply mash the bananas in a bowl the add the oats and stir. If you choose to include more add-ins, throw ‘em in. Form the “dough” into little mounds, about 2 inches across, and note: they won’t rise or change shape in the oven. Bake for 12 minutes.

Now that summer is over and we’ve spent it swimming, vacationing, and just totally wrecking our hair, it’s time to grow it out thick and awesome again!

Here are my favorite secrets for growing long, super shiny hair!
