One Pot Philly Cheesesteak Rotini

Kids Activities Blog http://ift.tt/1SqJ2ps We are so excited to share our One Pot Philly Cheesesteak Rotini! You’re going to love this homemade one pot pasta meal, because it means a delicious dinner with less dishes to wash. Our One Pot Creamy Alfredo with Spring Veggies is another classic dish to try that, again, only takes one dish to cook in. I recently overheard my kids talking about my cooking the other day. My middle son was telling his brothers and sister that I have a “magic pot”. Apparently, everything that comes out of this particular pot is delicious. So when I made this recipe for One Pot Philly Cheesesteak Rotini you can bet I used my “magic pot”. Take my son’s word for it that this dish is awesome. One Pot Philly Cheesesteak Rotini Ingredients 16 oz uncooked rotini 1 onion, chopped 1 bell pepper, chopped 8 oz mushrooms, sliced 1 pound ground beef or petite diced steak 4 cups water 8 oz sour cream or milk 16 oz provolone cheese, shredded 1 tablespoon garlic salt Directions In a large pot saute the onion, mushrooms, and bell pepper in a little oil. Add ground beef or petite diced steak (drain if necessary). Add garlic salt, water and sour cream or milk and uncooked pasta. Cook uncovered, tossing gently, for 15 minutes or until pasta is cooked and liquid has reduced about two-thirds. Turn off heat. Add cheese all at once and stir/toss to combine. Serve One Pot Philly Cheesesteak Rotini immediately. The post One Pot Philly Cheesesteak Rotini appeared first on Kids Activities Blog.
