Dragon scale slime is one of our favorite homemade slime recipes. Kids will love creating this colorful and unique slime.
The pieces of glitter come together with chameleon-colored powder to create this gorgeous slime that looks just like dragon scales.
Dragon Scale Slime
Here’s what you need to make Dragon Scale Slime:
- 4 oz bottle clear glue
- 1/2 Tbsp baking soda
- 1 Tbsp saline solution
- Chameleon Chrome Cosmetic Powder
- Black Holographic Glitter (similar, we found ours at the craft store)
In a small bowl, mix together the glue and baking soda. Add the glitter and cosmetic powder and stir together until combined.
Add the saline solution and stir together until the slime mixture forms. Pick it up and knead it with your hands until it becomes less sticky and reaches the desired consistency.
Now your dragon scale slime is ready to play!
My kiddo loves how this slime appears to be different colors depending on the light. Sometimes it’s purple; sometimes it’s green. So much fun!!
