Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Shopping List

  • 1 cup Justin’s Almond Butter
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Line cookie sheet with parchment paper
  • In a mixing bowl, stir together almond milk, sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda and salt
  • Stir in the chocolate chips and mix well
  • Scoop the cookie dough with tablespoon and place on parchment paper
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes
  • Allow to cool before serving

Pumpkin Spice Cookies

Shopping List:

For the Cookies

  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Canned Pumpkin
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 4 tablespoons Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger

For the Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 package Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 4 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Line Cookie Sheet with parchment paper
  • Using a hand mixer, combine the butter and sugar
  • Add eggs and pumpkin and continue mixing
  • Sift flour, baking powder, salt and spices together and fold into batter
  • Scoop the cookie dough with a tablespoon and place on cookie sheet
  • Bake for 15 minutes
  • Allow to cool, add frosting

For the frosting

  • Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until well blended
  • Add powdered sugar a little at a time and continue to mix until sugar is incorporated
  • Add cinnamon
  • Add to cooled cookies

Coconut Macaroons

This may be the easiest cookie recipe ever! You will not believe how quick and easy it is to make this gluten-free Coconut Macaroons cookie recipe! And it’s yummy too!

Peanut Butter Cookies

Shopping List:

  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Egg

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Line cookie sheet with parchment paper
  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine
  • Scoop out cookie dough with a tablespoon, use a fork to make cross hatches on top
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges set
  • Cool on cookie sheet before serving

Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies
