5 Gooey Cheese Dishes You Will Love!

Kids Activities Blog http://ift.tt/2jGCY3j

Raise your hand if you love cheese? Ok I see everyone’s hand raised! It’s hard not to love cheese and cheesy recipes. Today on Family Food Live, 5 Gooey Cheese Dishes You Will Love!

Join us for Family Food Live at 11 am CST/12 Noon EST every Wednesday and Friday!  Today I’ll be live on the Quirky Momma Facebook page. But make sure you like both the Burnt Macaroni Facebook page and the Quirky Momma Facebook page now so you never miss an episode!

If you missed the last Family Food Live, here’s a look:

Here’s a look at today’s recipes!

Crockpot Mac & Cheese

Shopping List:

  • 16 oz. Elbow Macaroni
  • 2 cups Whole Milk
  • 1 (12 oz) can of Evaporated Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Tablespoon Butter
  • 3 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Instructions:

  • Add everything into the crockpot and cook on low for 1 1/2 to 2 hours
  • Stir after 30 minutes
  • Check after 1 hour to make sure it’s not sticking
  • Serve hot

Three Cheese Queso

I love queso of any kind but this Three Cheese Queso is pretty unique! And it’s super easy to make!

Cheesy Lasagna

Shopping List:

  • 16 oz uncooked Lasagna Noodles
  • 1 can Spaghetti sauce
  • 16 oz  Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • In a large pot of boiling water, cook lasagna noodles for 8 minutes (al dente), drain
  • In a blender, combine spaghetti sauce and cottage cheese until smooth
  • In a 9×13 baking dish, spread some of that mixture until it coats the bottom of the dish
  • Start layering the lasagna noodles, mozzarella and cheddar cheese and the parmesan cheese
  • Repeat layering of sauce, noodles and cheese — it will end with cheese on top
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the cheese bubbles

French Ham & Cheese Panini

One of my favorite sandwiches ever is the French Ham & Cheese Panini! It’s almost exactly the same sandwich you find in Paris!

Cheese Biscuits

Shopping List:

  • 1 can Pillsbury biscuits
  • 3 sticks of String Cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • Parsley leaves
  • Salt

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line cookie sheet with parchment paper or liner
  • Separate the biscuits and cut the string cheese into cubes
  • Wrap the biscuit dough around the cheese and seal it so you don’t see any of the cheese
  • Place the seam part of the dough facing down on the cookie sheet
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown
  • While the biscuits are baking, melt the butter, garlic powder and salt together
  • Remove the biscuits from oven and brush with the butter mixture
  • Sprinkle the dried parsley leaves on top and serve
