Banana Fudge Popsicles

Kids Activities Blog http://ift.tt/2oLyew7

Summer will be here before you know it, and these banana fudge popsicles are the perfect cold treat for a hot day!

The best part is a special ingredient from our friends at Sir Bananas — we’ve partnered with them to bring you this delicious recipe.

Banana Fudge Popsicles

Sir Bananas is a new beverage made with real milk and real bananas, with seven grams of protein. You can get them in half gallon containers in Real Bananas, and Real Bananas & Chocolate flavors.

Sir Bananas Milk

Sir Bananas Monkey Mates single-serve options are perfect for on-the-go and available in Real Bananas and Chocolate & Real Bananas flavors!

These fun flavors were the perfect way to infuse a little bit of BANANAS into a traditional fudge popsicle!

Here’s what you need to make Banana Fudge Popsicles:

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 1/2 cups Sir Bananas Real Bananas milk
  • 1 packet plain gelatin powder

In a medium saucepan, whisk together the sugar and cocoa powder. Slowly whisk in the Sir Bananas milk and heat on medium low until steaming.

Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the top and let sit until it softens, about three minutes.

Stir the gelatin until it’s combined and add the vanilla. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight or until solid.
