In A Diffuser – Just putting lavender or a lavender blend like Unwind into your diffuser and letting it run while you rest is one of the easiest ways to use them. On Skin – You can also put a drop of lavender or Unwind on your temples, the back of the neck or your wrists.
Massage Oil – Use lavender in this homemade massage oil recipe. This works really great with kids and is a fantastic way to unwind and relax before bedtime.
Bath Melts – Another simple DIY you can make are these oil bath melts that helps to moisturize your skin and relax you for sleep. It only takes two-ingredients!
In Your Bath Water – You can also put a few drops of lavender or Unwind directly in your bath water!
Pillow Spray – Make a simple linen spray with lavender and add a few spritzes to your pillow before bedtime.
