Maple Bacon Butter is simple to make and delicious! With just three ingredients, it’s great addition to any breakfast or brunch in just minutes.
Making simple homemade condiments is one way that I add a little love to my meals. This maple bacon butter looks so impressive, but it’s very easy to whip up in just a few minutes. This would be a great addition to a brunch spread for Easter or Mother’s Day. I grab a few slices of bacon before it’s all gobbled up and save it aside to make this flavored butter. With just three ingredients, it couldn’t be more simple.
Maple Bacon Butter
Here’s what you need to make this Maple Bacon Butter:
- 2 sticks (1 cup) salted butter, room temperature
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 4-5 slices cooked bacon
In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the butter until smooth and creamy. Add the maple syrup and mix to combine.
Chop the cooked bacon into small pieces. Remove the bowl from the mixer and add the bacon. Fold it in with a spatula.
Spoon the Maple Bacon Butter into a mason jar and serve. Store leftovers in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 1 week.
Variation: Add in 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts for a nutty version of this delicious flavored butter!
I love serving this maple bacon butter with pancakes, french toast and waffles especially. But, it is equally good on toasted bagels, too. Really, could there be a wrong way to eat maple bacon butter??
